Verizon Fios Claim for Compensation

What Verizon Fios did:
Someone used my information 2 different times to get service thru them and was able to get service meanwhile I didnt know anything about it until I went to apply the 1st time it happened I was incinerated once I came home to get me my first cell phone I was denied due to ah bill that wasnt created so I faced proof that I no access to get service and was told it was being taking care of now that I am older and have my 1st place someone else had gotten home service in my name i feel as though being as though my information was falsely used it should have been verified in person or something this is unfair to my credit and cause my feelings to be simply hurt

Stop allowing ppl to fraud just to bill folks that dont know anything about this stuff. Idenity fraud is hard to clear up
