What Viasat did:
I signed up for ViaSat 3 weeks and 1 day as of today. The service worked at total of maybe 8 hours max. They have also stated I signed a contract in which the technician was supposed to have me sign when he installed our equipment and he never did. I called to cancel and they want me to pay $360 cancellation fee for 23 months left on a contract that I do not actually have. The service is worked a total of one day and I have now filed a complaint with the fair shake, the FCC, the BBB, stops charges coming through Wells Fargo, and canceled my card. I do not want them to send me to collections which is not fear at this point. I need them to cancel my service effective immediately as I’ve already unplugged and taking down all equipment and have it ready to ship back to them. I want them to cancel service today with zero cancellation fees due to them not upholding their end and providing any service whatsoever.
