What Vivint did:
Cancelling my service and I am unable to cancel unless equipment is paid off. I am offering to return the equipment and they refuse to accept it. I am still being charged for service. I am told I cannot cancel until equipment is paid off.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Cancel my service and accept my return of equipment as in lieu of paying off equipment.
