What AT&T did:
I been supporting at&t wifi company for a good year 2021
I called and spoke to the customer representative stating that I paid $50 for my wifi bill but they over charged me and changed my plan I ended having to come out of pocket paying $82.66.

I called to ask about my service being to high for sudden changes they made without asking , and the wifi wasn’t working after its been paid for a couple of days. .

that’s when I created the report, and the customer representative said in order to check my wifi service he will reimburse my $82.66 than I will have to repay it back again…

I never heard of that they also been charging me for calling them .
so I check with my Bank account they never ask for the reimbursement. the money was never sent .

I have an email that the customer representative from at&t wifi company has said he reimbursed the money , and also a confirmation that it has been paid .

I have been over charged , my $82.66 has been kept by an employee from At&t department of customer representative service.

I am asking the customer service for help my bill is sky high $102.90 … I am joined with ebb Program where i’m supposed to pay $5 a month… and my original bill is 50.. I am so confused and have had weak service . I am on a regular plan ..

What AT&T did:
We purchased an upgrade after paying off the first one since there was no insurance on it we decided to just get it on the new one . It was in a house fire and was destroyed and they are saying after we made it that this one had insurance. They said that it wasn’t covered for the first 30 days then the insurance would have worked. Then now they are saying there was no insurance. So we owe almost 1000 for that phone and some how there is now 5 lines instead of four and a device that says it was sent to my home. It shows a phone number and that there has been no usage on the line but we are still charged for it and the device. We now have no phone service and owe them for 5 phones and service!

What AT&T did:
Threaten to shut off my Internet and my phone service because AT&T said I missed a payment I called them and I said I haven’t missed a payment but I had proof of July payment and they refused so they said I have to pay … I asked at&t ..I don’t understand so I need two months worth of payments for July?? The lady on the phone couldn’t tell me proof that I owed she just told me I need to pay it I have records of every month paid .. on another occasion they had a promotion of a free phone and it turns out they didn’t give me that phone for free so I ended up paying for the phone

What AT&T did:
I received a replacement phone from AT&T in April 2021 for my broken phone that they couldn’t fix. I was told they would cancel my old line since the phone was broken. Unaware, I made payments from April 2021 to Jan 2022 for the cancelled line which totaled to $480.02- which I found out today through one of their reps today 01/20/2022. The first rep I spoke w/offered me a $300 credit, the second rep said no credit due to a clause that went into effect in 2018 for no retro pay, third rep said he could only credit $65.02 and the fourth and final rep- manager said she could credit $100. I was told I never canceled the original phone line- attached to the broken phone which their rep stated would be cancelled once all info from the old phone was transferred to the new phone (1-2 business days), and therefore was responsible for those charges since they (AT&T) didn’t have any notes/records stating I had cancelled the phone line associated with the broken phone but were able to see and confirm that there was no activity/ usage on that phone line since April 2021.

I spent over 3 hours during my work day on the phone with all these reps.

Good afternoon.
My name is Shelene ***** Nkwor. I ordered a phone from ATT. When I ordered the phone I was told that a I had to do was call att and they would activate it. I am very upset. I will be suing att for giving me false information. The representative I spoke to now says my social security number do not work. That is what I used to sign up for att services. I got very lousy service. No one can help me. They are giving me the run around.

I need the company to activate my phone

Good morning my name is Robert ***** I have a complaint with AT&T my first is that I have services with them I opened a small business and the only thing that I have is the Internet for my business when I provide them with my IT number they said that everything was going to be different and the previous owner was disconnected all this time I thought that we had our own line but a few months ago I found out that AT&T link my account with the old owner from the business they stole my information and I was paying for someone else is bill and they wanna refund me the money back because they said that they didn’t see in the system anything when I spoke to the old owner she said that she could see my bill in my account through her mobile app and they were sending her information to us I hope that I can explain a little bit if you need anymore information cut I’ll explain it to you by phone at ***-***-**** you could speak to my manager she’s the one that takes care of everything and I’m always on top of what she does and she tells me everything she’s my wife as well

What I want is for them to stop selling my information and why They link my account to someone else and I have to pay for their bill

With the internet they keep adding fees to my account. And wouldn’t give me a credit or try to help me.

With my phone service somehow my bill keep going up and I’ve asked and they can’t give me a reason.

Extra added fees and canceling service. I can not work and make money without my phone. I have not been able to work for two days now as I am self employed. I was told my mo they bill would be lowered but it’s even more!

They give let you get phones that really aint bout nothing the phone be getting to hot it freezes up real bad that you have to cut it off before it start working again and with in 30 minutes it freeze back up again

They have Refused for two years to honor my Approved FCC/EBB Unlimited high speed data plan. And they continue to data cap n play pass the buck until I’m disconnected lwhen I call for help. They’re INTENTIONAL automated Crooks

I Want my Services to run without being data capped as Promised, 2yrs ago. 7-5-20, I was approved for Unlimited High speed data, and I’ve never had uncapped services past 2wks a month, every time, no matter what.

What AT&T did:
Recently made a claim against AT&T through fair shake, after a few months it was resolved with a settlement. I read it and made sure I was getting what I was promised. It was a total of $745 being paid off my AT&T account. I paid my fee to fair shake and have waited a few months for AT&T to do their part & pay off the account and it is still pending and not paid off. I feel like I paid this fee and nothing has happened. I’m being pushed to debt collections which is affecting my credit score. I did also realize that when I reviewed the settlement again via the PDF that was sent to me and then I signed, The agreement for AT&T to pay off my account was crossed out in which it shows to seem like I agreed to the terms, which I did not. This issue is still not resolved and I feel like this issue is never ending. Please help. I want fair shake refund nor will I pay another fee until this issue is solved. I have original PDF original settlement letter.

Please advise ** Fairshake cancelled my previous claim ** not sure why but I will keep fighting this until At&t and their attorneys do as promised per settlement. I have evidence.
