What AT&T did:
I been supporting at&t wifi company for a good year 2021
I called and spoke to the customer representative stating that I paid $50 for my wifi bill but they over charged me and changed my plan I ended having to come out of pocket paying $82.66.
I called to ask about my service being to high for sudden changes they made without asking , and the wifi wasn’t working after its been paid for a couple of days. .
that’s when I created the report, and the customer representative said in order to check my wifi service he will reimburse my $82.66 than I will have to repay it back again…
I never heard of that they also been charging me for calling them .
so I check with my Bank account they never ask for the reimbursement. the money was never sent .
I have an email that the customer representative from at&t wifi company has said he reimbursed the money , and also a confirmation that it has been paid .
I have been over charged , my $82.66 has been kept by an employee from At&t department of customer representative service.
I am asking the customer service for help my bill is sky high $102.90 … I am joined with ebb Program where i’m supposed to pay $5 a month… and my original bill is 50.. I am so confused and have had weak service . I am on a regular plan ..
