What Brinks Home Security did:
From April of 2020 forward I could not adequately access my alarm system thru their app. As a result I had no idea if my vacation home was being securely monitored. Attempts to explain the specific situation to their Customer Service Dept were made impossible since I could not reach any live support and my text messages were ignored. I had to invest in a new alarm system (Cove) to ensure my place was protected. For the record I have had no similar issues connecting with Cove.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund of their service fees from April 2020 thru October 2020 (last payment I made to Brinks) and a reimbursement for the new Cove Alarm Equipment I had to invest in.
