What Budget Rent-a-Car did:
Made a rental car reservation and accidentally put in the wrong dates. Tried to cancel the reservation or move my reservation to the correct dates but both Budget and Priceline gave me the run-around saying that I had to speak to either one to make the change but no one could do anything for me. Tried to speak to their managers but they said they didn’t have any and I am out the money completely.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Either a refund or transfer the reservation to the correct dates.
