What Charter Spectrum did:
when i called in to cancel service, after being with the company (Time Warner) for 20 years. They didn’t mention no proration, but rather mobile service and how to transfer service. I have to pay a bill for a service that I don’t have, anymore.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund for the full monthly service, since a proration is not accepted.
