What Citibank did:
Citicard continuously locks my card after assuring that it is unlocked. I start the process for purchases only to be denied access to my account mid purchase. I have been hung up on multiple times and when finally called back from Citibank I am immediatly put on hold and frequently transferred to the wrong department. When I attempt to cancel my card I am put on hold then disconnected or just hung up on.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
An apology and compensation for lost time and purchase opportunities due to the misrepresentation from Citibank. Additionally their processes and procedures need modified or the individuals I spoke with terminated.
