DoorDash Bad Customer Support

What DoorDash did:
Placed an order and missing items were not received. Thus, called and spoke to a customer service representative and they replaced the order after 30 mins waiting to have the order resolved. However 2 hrs later order was assigned to 4 drivers and never once picked up the order. It’s very unprofessional not to have called me and not tell me the status of the order on missing items.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

A refund and compensation for order
