What Vivint did:
I have the same issues as other consumers regarding the faulty system, and the misleading co tract terms and equipment buyout policy. The worst for me is the company does NOT do maintenance on the system you’ve purchased and leaves you to fix all issues over the phone for over an hour at times and will charge you $40+ for their tech to come out to your home. You’re paying monthly maintenance and monitoring but cannot have a free visit with recurring issues.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Equipment swap and credit for mo the without working panel
