What Fashionova did:
I bought items totalling $57 from Fashionova returned the items thruvthe mail 72 hours later ( I have the tracking number ) and it’s been almost a month and I have not been issued a refund . They have no working phone number and will not reply to my emails or social media Sam’s .
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund my money for returned items !
