Goldman Sachs Marcus Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

What Goldman Sachs Marcus did:
Deposited $10,000 (ACH) into my Marcus Goldman ***** savings account on 12/31/21. On the same day I called to check on my ACH transaction. My account balance was $10,000 and Marcus Goldman ***** said they were closing my accounts with no explanation. They said they would deposit my $10,000 ACH funds back into my Chime account (Bancrop). They said this process is 5 – 10 working days. This conversation was on 12/31/21 and today’s date is 1/21/22 and still no deposit of $10,000 in my Chime account. I’ve spent many hours on the phone trying to rectify this situation. Marcus Goldman ***** are not to be trusted with money that the community deposits into their financial institution. Their thieves and would like to be compensated $250,000 for their dishonest manipulating procedure on stealing funds. How many people have been affected by this corporation.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

A refund and for their crime $250,000 and their UCC 1 registration number seized and they will not be allowed to register as a corporation again.
