Ozone Leotards Bad Customer Support

What Ozone Leotards did:
We ordered custom gymnastics leotards as a gymnastics club that arrived the 1st week of December. I spent $1200 on 3 of these leotards for my daughters. Due to an (admitted) factory error the leotards were not made correctly and do not fit. It took 7 weeks to come up resolution of remaking the leotards which will take an additional 4-5 weeks. I do not have the product ordered in the timeframe agreed upon. My children now do not have a leotard for most of their gymnastics season. The company is refusing to give me my money back.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Delivery of product purchased and refund for not in the timeframe promised.
