What AT&T did:
Both my devices were lost or stolen and they recommended Asurion as the insurance provider who keeps denying my claims this happen back in April it’s now going on four months and I still tried to reason with them but it’s a big ******* you to the face and pay for these devices that you don’t have. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
Or send my 2 phones that were lost or stolen
