What AT&T did:
I HAVE BEEN A AT&T CUSTOMER FOR ABOUT 7 YEARS NOW I PAYED FOR ADD ONS THAT I NEVER HAVE GOT UP GRADED MY PLAN SO I WOULD HAVE MORE DATA AND WITH IN 2DAYS YOUTUBE MUSIC HAD USED ALL 5 GIGS UPGRADED TO 15 GIGS AND IT DONE USED 10 OF THEM THERE IS NO WIN WITH THEM ANY MORE I HAVE TRIED TO GET IT TAKEN CARE OF AND NOTHING NOW MY GALAXY PHONE HAS WENT BAD I NEED A NEW ONE THEY SHOULD SEND ME A NEW ONE FOR ALL THIS ******* WITH UNLIMITED DATA CALLS AND TEXTS JUST FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER WHEN I FEEL LIKE I GOT THE SHAFT FROM THEM I HAVE SPENT ENOUGH ON ADD ONS AND STUFF TO HAVE GOTTEN THAT GALAXY I NEED AND A GOOD PLAN FOR IT ABOUT BROKE ME
