Axolom Bad Customer Support
What Axolom did:
I bought a stand-to-pee packer device (a medical device to help transgender individuals alleviate gender dysphoria) and after only a few days of purchasing, it hadn’t yet been accepted into the mail system and I tried to request a color change on the packer. I was told they had shipped it (not true) as well as a no refund, no exchange policy. My mental health has taken a very immense hit from this and I can’t afford to waste money as my financial state is already a balancing act.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Just a refund.
