What Cash App did:
I accidentally deposited $100 into the wrong person account with the same name as I was sending it to and tried to get my money back and they denied my request and now I just put $60 into my old account I can’t access because I no longer have access to the email or number and they asked me to verify information and I did and nothing is being done.both accounts are in my real name Delvonna ***** and you can clearly tell that the pictures on both profiles are the same person.I’m really stressed now and I have heart failure.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund of all my money
