What Charter Spectrum did:
I had a charge from Spectrum on November 8, 2021 for $53.92 though I had closed my account with them we I moved the summer before. When I spoke to a representative on the phone she said to just dispute the charge with my credit card company since it looked like an accidental charge. Spectrum then fought the charge back but the evidence they provided lists a different account not in my name that I am not associated with.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
