Citibank Locked My Account

What Citibank did:
I paid for the entire balance and I thought the balance was paid completely, they didn’t issue a statement until 3 days after the statement date. I ended up paying $83.63 extra and now the account still open because I may incurred an interest for the two days that the payment was made.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

A refund of those two months they were charging my account and I thought since the balance was paid, I didn’t have to worry about a card that had already been closed.
