While moving the refrigerator I accidentally broke the ice maker and dented up the door while moving. Also, the refrigerator is making a loud rattling noise while the door is closed. When the door is opened it will stop. It sounds like its the compressor.

The unit will not cool, the panel won’t respond and it makes a strange noise.
The claim was approved by warranty company. Then the tech from other company submitted pictures and they overturned the claim for small cosmetic dents. After saying the claim was to not replace door so they needed to fix it because they already approved it. I’m sure this is a common practice of the campany
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund of warranty plus interest. Also compensation for loss of use and fraudulent practices. Have pictures and paperwork. They also states they record calls and they refuse to give full report.
