What Verizon Wireless did:
I have 6 accounts/ devices all apple except a gizmo watch for my 7YO. My accounts and live has all been hacked and my network cloned. My husband is a part of special ops and it is a matter of national security essentially. Neither Verizon or apple have been any sort of help. Nor show any kind of concern for the matters and most of all my families safety. The breach seems to have taken place when VZ lost the network control and we were hacked by Russia. Please help. I am a veteran TPD medical retiree, housebound and in need of FT assistance . My husband has orders to Korea for a year. I can’t be left in this situation especially when I pay for the best and most secure devices and network.
I want security. What I pay SO ******* MUCH FOR! Reimbursement since Jan, as well as new compromised devices. The stress this is causing is outrageous. I have many medical conditions and this is absolutely killing me. Along with data transcripts and new devices fir the ones NOT replaced. I was also charged $289 to replace my phone.
