What Charter Spectrum did:
They added a streaming service and admitted that we did not personally add it to our account. They will not remove the service after claiming they removed it and it shows up on every bill. It now has a late fee that “went to collections” and they are impossible to get in contact with.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
refund and stop doing it every single month. The service is $80 a month.
