What DoorDash did:
Their consumer service is terrible. They take individuals money without providing a reasonable explanation, anyone can be a dasher! Tom is suppose to deliver your goods from these merchants and lisa pops up. They are misleading and deceitful.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
There employees need to practice better handling of customers, without placing an upset customer on hold or mute in the mist of an conversation and provide a better representation for a company consumers are helping keep a float in difficult times and circumstances. I’m calling in now about my money that was taking, tickets was closed with my acknowledgment or receiving notification.
