State Farm Complaint

What State Farm did:
One June 29, 2021, I filed a complaint with State Farm for water damaged items as a result of water leak and flooding in my basement area. I was initially assigned to Linda ***** to process the claim. I submitted all the documents that Linda asked me to submit. After not hearing anything from State Farm for a while, I checked on the claim on August 3rd and realize the case was closed. When I contacted StateFarm, Linda told my via email that the case was closed in error. Since then, at least two other people have contacted me telling me that they now have the case. Most recently, I have been contacted by Brittany ***** who later turned over the case to Brian *****. On December 2, 2021, Brian sent me notification they he is placing the claim in close status. I file complaint with the state of MD, but nothing.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Pay for the items I lost.
