What Bank of America did:
They have lied to me about receiving my card for the 3rd attempt only to find out they never even sent out the latest one that was expedited to 1 to 3 business days. And I tried many ways to speak up the chain of command but they are impersonating supervisors and lying again. I feel its become personal and no access to my money since September 16 of 2021
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
My refund and actual money that belongs to me and extra for the damage they have cause my credit and late fees I’ve incurred due to false promises
