What Capital One did:
My account was hacked and I filed a complaint with Capital One but I was having a hard time reaching someone on customer service no one answered and when I finally got through to someone they decided to put a restriction on my account and I wasn’t able to get access to the money that I put on my account for months they also said they wanted to end the relationship with me but I still get notifications about an account I have with them that’s currently inactive
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like to be compensated for the time I didn’t have access to my money for months when Ive made complaints to Capital One on multiple occasions and they allowed someone to steal personal data from my account and contact someone I knew and I did not get notified about another device on my account. I have a daughter at the time and I needed that money at that time to make ends meet.
