What Getaway Networks did:
I was told that I could sell my weeks for a fee but if I wanted to use their (Getaway Networks) services I would need to pay 3,899.00. Once paid, it takes a timeframe to create account and activate. I was also informed that I would receive a follow up call letting me know account is activates. I never received a call from them, so I began to reach out to the number listed on the website and no answer when I call, never. I asked the credit card company to dispute the charge and refund the amount back to the card used. The credit card said it can not refund the charge because of the time period in which the transaction took place. The charge occurred April 2021 and I began to dispute the charge in late August 2021.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Refund for services not received as promised.
