What Hotels.com did:
My wife and I paid Hotels.com $172.00 on June 11 2021 for a reservation at Best Western Greenville Inn-Greenville, AL. Confirmation#9192772614398. When we arrived at Best Western they could not receive payment from Hotels. After waiting for about an hour on Hotels.com we finally paid for another room. Hotels said we would be refunded our money, has not happened. We secured the room from Hotels.com through PayPal. They were unable to get our refund. I talked to Hotels when we got back from vacation and they were very nice about it and promised a refund but it didn’t happen. I would never recommend Hotel.com to anyone.
