What Navient did:
I paid for my education until the last 2 years of my degree. I did not borrow much over $10,000. For most of the last 16 years I have had very little income. I applied for more than 1,000 jobs in one year. I am 3 months from reaching 68 years old living off very little income. I just had 6 pipes break in my home and the insurance company does not pay for pipe repairs. I have a $2,000, water bill trying to keep my water and gas on. The amount Navient said I borrowed was much, much higher than what I received. And the fees are outrageous. I have multiple injuries that keep me from working. I have no way of paying the loan when they have untruthfully added amount borrowed, and fees that are unreal.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Reduce the loan amount and the unreal fees and interest that has been charged.
