What Santander Consumer USA did:
Hello, I have many issues with this company – I bought me Jeep inn October of 2017 in California at Rydells. First of all, I was not included on the Santander Settlement of 2021 after meeting all of the criteria. I spoke to every person in every department and no one could explain to me why I wasn’t included on the lawsuit. After this was left unresolved, I kept paying on my loan but I did more research on my account where I found that the company recorded that I hadn’t been paying nearly ANY money on my principal balance for almost the entire time I had been paying on the loan. I have proof of this recorded in my personal records from my account. Now, nearly 5 years later after purchasing my car at 18996, I still owe 13762.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

They need to forgive my loan.
