What Sprint did:
While shopping at Walmart, sprint rep convinced me to purchase a $120 phone and unlimited talk, text, data plan only because I had 14 days to return the phone and cancel the plan no questions asked. After having the phone less than 2 days the phone had no data left (unlimited). I decided to return the device to Walmart and proceed with cancelling by the end of the week (within 7 days). Still being billed for $50-60/month and threatened with credit reporting

Refund cost of the device and month of service $150+50. Completely cancel out the account as agreed upon. If negative remarks were placed on my credit report please remove accordingly
