US Bank Bad Customer Support

What US Bank did:
My bank account was hacked into on 1/25/22, they refuse to give me my money back. All of my money was taken. They proceeded to tell me that it was something to do on my end after I over heard them say, she’s been hacked! The amount of $509.27 was stolen from my account. I have filed a claim with the BBB and the FCA. A police report has been filed as well! I am taking all actions necessary! Please help me get my fund back!
