Citibank Bad Customer Support

What Citibank did:
Citibank closed my account and now I’ve lost access to the $489.72 that was in my account. They won’t give me a reason as to why my account was closed and they are refusing to give me my money. Everytime I try and talk to a rep they say that they can’t tell me anything and before I can say anything else they hang up. I just want my money back. I’m not asking for much.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

I just want my money. That was a weeks pay from work.
