Wells Fargo Auto Dealer Unauthorized Robocalls
What Wells Fargo Auto Dealer did:
Well Fargo Auto Dealership still has the car they repoed from me almost 4 years ago in my name. They told me I have to pay $5,000 or settle and I won’t pay them this when I do not have the car anymore. I am receiving toll bills with the repo car license plate with fees totalling $60 in toll fees and more to come because they won’t transfer the title out of my name. I paid astronomical interest fees from 2015 to 2019 totalling over $6,000 in the years I paid towards that car. They repoed the car from me in 2019 when I was temporarily out of work I fell behind on 2 months of payments and they promised not to take my car, I paid them and they still took my car. This is a predatory auto service lender who has caused me great hardship.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund for the interest paid from 2015 to 2019 totaling $6,000 and the toll fees accrued when the car was not in my possession up to $100 in toll fees. Remove from my credit report immediately! I have spend thousands of dollars in credit repair over the years and this is still adversely affecting my credit report negatively with a refund to rectify the financial and credit damage to all 3 credit reporting agencies.
