What DoorDash did:
I placed an order through DoorDash using my gift card I got for my birthday and my order never came to my address nor did I receive a photo of delivery which is suppose to be part of the policy. I contacted customer service a dozen times as well as being transferred to a supervisor and all told me sorry we can not resend your order out that you paid for and we also can not refund your order to your gift card due to policy because you had partial refunds before several times. I informed them that was because I was missing items in my order and I was charged for. How is that my fault? I was honestly reporting. They don’t care though and I spend many hours trying to resolve this. The order was for only $16 but it means a lot to me because it as a gift and I now only have $8.87 I am actually getting to hopefully use as my gift due to that I have to eat the $16 of it.
