DoorDash Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees

What DoorDash did:
Multiple times refused compensation for their drivers not double checking orders, and handling orders poorly. I have filed complaints not one but twice on food poisoning and always told they can’t do anything the last time I used them not only was half my food missing but the driver wasn’t wearing a face mask and food was missing soda was half full and bag wasn’t sealed for covid precautions. Also neighbor caught Dasher going through the bag and not only touching the food with bare hands but also sneezing on the food deliberately and refused to refund anything or stop the driver from future deliveries how do I know because another unhappy customer caught the same Dasher doing the same thing on their ring doorbell.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

A refund as well as compensation for time spent in the ER due to food poisoning from poor handling of food and covid precautions not being followed at all causing illness.
