Motorola/optimum mobile Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees

What Motorola/optimum mobile did:
I purchase a cell phone at sudden link that optimum mobile was advertising a promotion on Motorola 5g ace one. I got it on sept.3/4th and every since I had it I been comlainimg to them that it hardly work anywhere and all kind of things be coming up on it and sometime it goes silent but they tell me I can’t return the phone and now they have had my phone almost 2weeks to repair the screen and haven’t sent me the replacer phone they promised me this phone is like 349$ plus tax and 15$ for service each month.i am a senior citizen and DO NOT have any money like that to give for something that’s not benefiting me.I do hope you can get this issue settled they are crooks I pay sudden link 212 a month for cable help me please
