Credit One Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised

What Credit One did:
After going through a first settlement where Credit One admitted wrongdoing for submitting negative information to credit agency’s about a 60+ late and delinquent payment, when I had paid on time, after a hinder points negative in credit score due to there reporting which I have still not fully recovered from, they attempted to clear those negative reporting and fixed my account. Although after several months of continued under reporting in my monthly payments to the credit bureaus. In addition to that they have now suspended my account with absolutely no reason given to me for the account closer and with no reason because I have been paying on time and in full each and every month. This closure has now negatively impacted my credit score further by; including but not limited to: causing my new credit card inquires to be declined. Thank you so very much for your help.
