First Premier Bank Hurt My Credit

What First Premier Bank did:
My first credit cards, many years ago, 100 on time payments even with their ridiculous charges, well my app didn’t say a payment was due and I missed the payment, so they are harassing me, to pay it, but it charges are unrealistic and unaffordable, these cards and the credit system is designed to jeep people I. Debt and in poverty, its going to destroy my credit but I can’t afford to pay them right now, nor do I want to. This entire situation is disgusting and businesses like this shouldn’t be hurting people trying to get ahead in life.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

Return all the monthly and annual fees and close my accounts, im done with these cards.
