What TracFone did:
I AM OUT $40.00 PLUS ,I UPGRADED FROM A 3G TO A 4 G TRACPHONE AND TALKED TO MANY PEOPLE AT TRACPHONE AJND LIVE CHATTED WITH THEM BEFORE DOING THE UPGRADE AND ASKED ABOUT A UNLIMITED PLAN BECAUSE I HAVE A END SERVICE DATE 12/2022, AND TOLDTHEM I WAS ONLY GOING TO GET A UNLIMITED PLAN EVERY 2 TO 3 MONTHS AND WANTEDTO MAKE SURE I WOULD NOT LOOSE ANY OF MY DATA AND WAS LIED TO AND MISLED AND TOLD THAT AS LONG AS I HAVE A SERVICE TILL THE END OF THE YEAR THE DATA WOULD ROLL OVER WITH EITHER THE PAY AS YOU GO PLAN AND THE UNLIMITRD PLAN I WOULD BE ABLE TO JUST ROLL OVER WHAT I HAVE TILL I DO ANOTHER UNLIMITED PLAN .

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

LET ME KEEP MY DATA THAT I PAID FOR BECAUSE I STILL HAVE A SERVICE PLAN TILL THE END OF THE YEAR 2022 JUST GET THE UNLINITED PKLANS AS I HAD DISCUSS WIT HTRACPHONE AND WAS TOLD OK I COULD DO IT THAT WAY .
