What Net10 did:
I will not type do to medical limitations. Net 10 has lied about everything I’ve dealt with and it going to shut off my phone. They say I nee a new phone and its almost new. They say they will replace it for free and when I call to do it they lie and say they want money. Call Chris at ***-***-****. Its a home phone, no caller ID leave number for live person.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

I’d like them to be a legit company. Not lie. Fix my issues. USA person to talk to. Compensate me for all the hrs and stress they caused me. Replace my phone for free like they said. Unlock it so I can use another company. They said they can’t. Done with typing.
