What Charter Spectrum did:
I have replaced my router multiple times, every time I have random outages that last up to 12 hours, seemingly only at night when it’s too late to go into a store. Then, they tried charging me an extra $25 fee claiming I didn’t pay one of my bills, but when I complained and gave them evidence I paid, they fixed it immediately. I am NOT happy with their service.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want my equipment fully replaced and a lower wifi cost. I pay $70 a month and we have an outage every week it seems. If this isn’t fixed I will switch.
