What Progressiveautoinsurance did:
At the beginning of the COVID 01/22/20 I was crossing the street and a motorcycle hit me at 95 miles per hour. Progressive insurance agent did not get a police report or access the vehicle the just waited until three weeks passed and sent me a note in the mail saying our client is not at fault.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
