What Charter Spectrum did:
Ordered two additional lines at $29.99 per Spectrum Advertisement. They switched it on me without telling me. Put my teenager on by the gig and me on the $45 per line, makes sense for them with teenager on by the gig more money for them. They refuse to switch even when advertising the $29.99 per line when you add two lines. eventually got them to switch one line to $29.99 but they would not switch the other still charging $45. Would not also refund me the other months over charges.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
At this time I am going to switch to Verizon and square up with Spectrum but need help making sure it is done fairly.
