What Consumer Cellular did:
About 2 wks ago I contacted a rep at CC stating I wanted to cancel the text & map(trip) coverage because I never use it. The rep said OK, your bill will be reduced to $15 or $20/total. Received a bill for $30.71. When I told Autumn, she said I used internet. I never had access to internet & hardly used the phone because I could not make phone calls. I canceled the phone service today & wanted to return the smart phone, but she said it was too late. I heard her say that I would be charged over $40.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Return the phone for a credit because it hardly worked and she lied saying I used the internet. I did not have internet access.
