What Brinks Home Secuirty did:
My contract was extended with a promise to provide two security cameras. However, the cameras were never provided. I wanted to go back to the previous state of being under no contract. I was told I cannot go back to the old plan with lower monthly bill. Also, it has been super difficult to reach anyone at Brinks Home Security who could resolve this issue. When I call the standard customer service number, they keep saying they cannot do anything and transfer me to the customer loyalty department. However, nobody seem to answer the phone in the loyalty department. I have spend close to ten hours already trying to resolve this issue.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
