Uber Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees

What Uber did:
I opted for Uber to go shopping. My ride to Publix was $10.00.
I called for a return ride and was told it would be $37.00+tip $3.50 . I was told it was to happen v incentive to their drivers in traffic. I explained I didn’t care about their drivers in traffic and it wasn’t my problem so I shouldn’t be charged $40.00 for a return ride home.
They didn’t lie about the price, they flat out added $30.00 onto my ride home.
So when I got home, I checked to see what it would cost to go back up to Publix and,
It was $10.00 .I say these are unfair charges.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

I was given an $8.00 refund. But it’s still Over by $22.00. Drivers have been good some were even helpful.
