What Charter Spectrum did:
I returned an iphone device I purchased with them, got my down payment that I paid back to me. Now 2 months later, my lines are being disconnected because I “owe them $1,100” on a device I already returned to them. And I keep getting different answers with customer service and supervisors. Device was received with damage or the device was never received.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund/ or take back the $1,000 charge I paid for a device that’s already returned to them….
