TracFone Locked My Account
What TracFone did:
Unable to log in to “My Account” to add time and lost over 10,000 minutes/messages & 5-7 GB data. Spoke to 4 separate tech support people for a total of 127 minutes and no one resolved issue so they “transferred” me to another but every time was disconnected. On hold a total of 201 minutes without anyone answering. This began March 3rd. I’ve had Tracfone for about 12 years without problem and now this. Thank you.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Reconnect my services without additional money. I am disabled and depend upon cell phone. Too bad there’s no option for ZERO stars.
