What Charter Spectrum did:
We returned the equipment and have the receipt to prove it. I emailed the receipt to prove that it was returned and spectrum claims it was the wrong equipment serial number. The woman in customer service was rude and accusatory. They assume no culpability and are going to pursue the charge.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Retract the charge for ‘unreturned’ equipment.
